Liam Campbell has nearly 30 years of experience leading wine tastings, backed by a WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits and a Diploma in Craft Beer & Cider. Certified as an Educator by WSET and the Cava Academy, he delivers engaging and insightful sessions to enhance appreciation of wine and drinks.


A distinguished wine writer for over 24 years, Liam is a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and currently serves as Wine & Drinks Editor for Hotel and Restaurant Times. He has previously contributed to TheTaste.ie, the Irish Independent, The Dubliner, and Easy Food Magazine.


Liam has been a tasting judge at international wine and spirits competitions for over a decade, including Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, the International Taste Institute (Brussels), Michelangelo (South Africa), and Bacchus (Madrid).
