Morgan VanderKamer is a Canadian-born sommelier, wine educator, and hospitality professional based in Waterford, Ireland. She is the co-owner and sommelier of UNioN Wine Bar & Kitchen, where she oversees the restaurant's acclaimed wine program and food pairings alongside chef Stephen McArdle. The restaurant has earned national recognition for its innovative wine list and hospitality.

Originally from Canada, VanderKamer began her wine studies in Vancouver before working in London and later moving to Ireland. She gained recognition as a sommelier in Dublin and has become one of Ireland's leading wine professionals. She holds certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is known for championing accessible wine education and thoughtful food-and-wine pairing.

VanderKamer serves as President of the Irish Guild of Sommeliers and has played an important role in promoting wine education and hospitality excellence throughout Ireland. She is also involved in industry events, tastings, and educational programs, helping to develop Ireland's growing wine culture.
