Learn How to Prune Vines

Vintage-style poster showing a vineyard worker pruning grapevines with the text “Learn How to Prune Vines – Also Visit a Cooperage”

Join a hands-on vineyard pruning trip from Dublin and learn the essential techniques used to manage grapevines in winter.

This wine education experience includes a guided tour of a local organic vineyard, practical pruning training where each participant will have hands-on experience pruning their own vines, lunch at the vineyard, plus a visit to a cooperage to explore how oak barrels influence wine flavour.

Our first pruning trip in 2026 was a success! We will be offering a planting class later this year.
