The WSET Level 3 in Wines Award is an advanced qualification intended for wine professionals and committed enthusiasts seeking a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of wine. It equips learners with both practical skills and detailed theoretical knowledge to evaluate wine quality, style and likely market value, thereby supporting careers and roles across retail, hospitality, education and other related sectors.

The course explores grape growing, winemaking techniques, regional styles and maturation methods, and teaches professional wine assessment approaches, enabling graduates to confidently analyse, describe and explain wines with informed expertise and clear professional judgement.

To enrol in the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, candidates must have successfully completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. If you do not currently hold this qualification, please contact us for guidance before booking your place to ensure you meet the necessary prerequisites.
